The Pinot Gris from Victoria in South Australia is the cat’s meow. It has a light pink, blush colour cleverly created by leaving the grape skins on a little longer, adding a special ‘something’ to your glass. This is a complex, textural and slightly savoury Pinot Gris with aromas of pears, lychees and exotic spice.
