Your order is ice packed in our industry proven boxes from WoolCool. Woolcool has been rigorously tested and proven to keep produce within the temperature ranges required by the Food Standards Agency. The high performance thermal insulated packaging we use is designed specifically for direct deliveries of chilled and frozen foods including meat boxes, fresh fish and seafood, cheeses and deli items, fresh fruit and veg, gourmet menus and ready meals.
Click & Collect
When using our Click & Collect service at the checkout process you will be able to choose your collection date and time slot. On the day of collection all we need is your name and web order number/proof of order and you can collect your order over our counter.
Our local delivery service uses our fleet of food vans to deliver your order direct to your door. We deliver to postcodes within a 15 mile radius of our Norton shop. Our local delivery days are Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. At the checkout you can choose a specific date for delivery, however we cannot give you a specific delivery time for this service at this time so please ensure you are able to take receipt of your delivery. Please note prices may vary on orders over 20KG.

National UK Mainland Courier Delivery
We deliver throughout the UK. At the checkout you can choose your chosen day for delivery. We use a 24 hour courier service and we will confirm by email when your order has been dispatched. Our delivery charge is £9 excluding vat, however prices may vary on orders over 20KG. As the items are perishable it is your responsibility to ensure you will be in to receive the parcel or provide delivery notes if you will be out. The courier is instructed to leave the parcel in a ‘safe place’ this can be in a hidden area or with a neighbour. The parcels can not be returned to the depot for collection later. Refunds will not be permitted on orders left in a ‘safe place’ where no delivery notes have been provided and no one is at the address to receive the goods.
