Sometimes there are items in the shop that are for a limited period and therefore not available for online ordering due to ordering in advance. However we always try to have everything we can online, so please email us at info@blackwells-butchers.co.uk to let us know what you were looking for and we will see what we can do.

We recommend creating an account as there are a number of benefits including quicker checkout, collecting reward points, adding funds like a saving scheme and viewing all your orders.

No sorry all orders placed online must be paid for at the time of order, we do not offer a cash on collection service at this time.

We use Stripe’s secure payment processing platform. We do not store your credit card details, all payment processing and data collection is managed via our secure payment provider Stripe.

On our website we call voucher codes coupon codes. From time to time we might use a coupon code as an extra incentive, perhaps this is for free delivery, a free product or other incentive. Coupon codes are time sensitive so if you are entering one which has expired then it won’t work. If you have a current code and all the basket criteria is met then you just enter the product code at the view basket or checkout stage and the discount will be applied to your basket automatically.

You can use our wishlist functionality as a way of making a shopping list or a quick way to access your favourite products. When you are shopping online you will see a heart on the product image ( for non mobile users you can hover your mouse over a product image to see the heart). Tap/Click the heart and it will add to your wishlist. You can access your wishlist by logging into your account area.

Our online voucher system is 100% electronic, you will enter the recipients email along with your name and a message. On the date you have chosen for it to be delivered the recipient will receive an email with a unique one time code. They will be able to use this code at the checkout to claim the money you have given them to spend. Our eVouchers are not redeemable in store. If you would like to purchase a card based gift voucher for use in our shop please purchase in our Norton shop.

YES! Every time you shop online you can earn Blackwells reward points. You get 1 point for every £1 you spend. 100 points is equivalent to £1. You can see how many points you have earnt by logging into your account area and clicking on the POINTS section. At this time our online points can only be redeemed online. Purchases made in our shop are on a separate reward scheme and points on any cards from our shop cannot be redeemed online and vice versa. You will need a minimum of 100 points to redeem against an order, and a maximum of 1000 points can be redeemed in one order.

Once your orders are completed and delivered then your points will be available to use. At the shopping cart stage you will see a green banner at the bottom of the browser, this will show you if you have any points to use. You will only see the banner once you have at least 100 points. If you want to use your points on an order you just click the APPLY DISCOUNT you can then enter the number of points you want to redeem at this stage. Any reward points applied will then be shown as a discount in your basket totals.

Points are valid for one year, so we recommend using them as you go to ensure you don’t loose any.

No sadly points are tied to an email account, if you have forgotten your password we do have a password reminder system in place.

You can add funds to your account by simply logging into your account area. Click on the ADD FUNDS part of the account area You can then enter the amount you want to add, once you click the add funds button this will take you to the checkout. Once you have completed the checkout process the funds will be deposited in your account area. Your account area shows you the available funds which you can use at any point. When you have funds in your account at the checkout you will see a new button where the credit card details are taken called Funds. When you click this, this will be used instead of paying by credit card.
Our online saving scheme is perfect for Christmas saving, our Christmas ordering usually comes online mid October so if you started saving £10 a month from January then by October you will have £100 in funds ready to spend on all your Christmas food & drinks!
